At Smart Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at engineer95@live.com. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or product, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
